Welcome to Kaiser Elementary ECE - 5th Grade

Kaiser Elementary School is named after Mary S. Kaiser who was a teacher and counselor in the Denver Public School District for more than 40 years from 1908-1951. The school first opened in 1973 and since opening our doors, Kaiser has served the Bowmar Heights and surrounding neighborhoods. We are honored to carry on her legacy.

As of the 2008-2009 school year, Kaiser offers: full day preschool and kindergarten programs, as well as two classes at each grade level in grades Kindergarten - 5th. We currently provide Physical Education, Art,  Library/Technology, and Music classes for all students. Special Education, Language Acquisition and Gifted and Talented services are avalable to students who qualify. Students have access to after school clubs, and tutoring to those who need additional support. The Open World Learning program supported by the Morgridge Foundation is also in place at Kaiser for 30 of our students after school.

For those families needing before and after school day care, three neighborhood child care centers currently provide transportation to and from Kaiser in the morning and the afternoon.
