My name is Crystal Gotaas. This is my 17th year in education and my 5th year here at Kaiser. As a Senior Team Lead, I coach a team of educators and support classroom teachers with small group instruction. I love being in classrooms to see the growth and hard work that our students and teachers are doing every day! I am a Colorado native- I grew up in a really small town and lived on a ranch where we raised sheep. I went to college at CSU-Pueblo where I majored in Education and minored in Leadership Studies. I met my husband while I was attending college and we now live here in Denver with our two children and fur-baby, Zelda. My family and I love to go hiking, biking, camping, paddle boarding- anything outside! We also love to travel and experience new places and cultures. In my free time I enjoy baking and trying new recipes, but I especially love a good book!
